Almost complete

Hi All

Finally, we r almost there.Most of the works are complete.Little bits and pieces r left apart from final Quality Control and Local Government inspections and our own final inspection which is on 22 July ahead of the expected handover on 30 July.

Internal Works progressing well

Hi All

Was able to go inside the house yesterday as painters were working.Most of the paint work is done except in the garage.

Tiles are also being laid in the bathrooms.

Hi All

The house is at lock up stage that means that we would not be able to go in to see what is happening as the doors would be locked but fortunately today the front door was still open so we were able to go in to see.

We are still able to go and see inside but by informing the Costruction Supervisor and making a time to go and see.Today we were able to see how all the rooms ,kitchen and bathrooms will look.

External Works Complete

Hi

All the External Works are almost complete.The things left to be done are the light weight cladding on the second floor above the Garage, the garage door, the paint to the rendered areas and the porch.

Roof Tiles Finished

Not much happened this week as this was a short week because of ANZAC Day Holiday and also because of weather.All Brick work and the roof should have been finished this week.Any way all this should be completed next week.A Clear day yesterday helped a bit as the builder was able to put the Roof Tiles up.Here are few pics taken today.            

Frame Stage Completed

Went on site today.The frame work has been completed.Most of the windows are in position.The bricks,gutters and fascia are on site.Gas Plumbing is also being done.The next step is for the roof tiles to go up which would be completed next week weather permitting.Here are some photos taken today.

Went on site yesterday and its all happening now.Frame stage is progressing well.Temporary fencing has been put up.

Slab Poured

Hi All

After a few days delay, the slab was poured today.Its all getting very excited now when we can see how the floor plan will look like.The slab was to be poured on 25/03 but was delayed due to some administrative error.
The preslab work was completed on Friday 26/03.The slab could not be poured yesterday because of heavy rain in the morning.

The next stage is the Frame stage where in the Frame will be erected.We will keep you posted with the progress.

Site Work Started

Finally, work started with site scrap don on 15/03.Went on site yesterday.A portable loo and a bin is already onsite but no temporary fencing yet.May be the fence will be put after the slab is poured which is on 25/03. Electricity has been connected and all the drainage pipes has been laid.

Ready for building

Hi All

At last after a long wait,ready to start building our dream home.Got the letter from the builder yesterday with all the details.Got the building permit also.

Drainage pipes going in the next week and slab has been booked for 25th March.
